I personally don’t believe the legality of abortion should be the question we are asking ourselves at all. We should be asking ourselves if humans have the right to bodily autonomy.

Without bodily autonomy:
It would be legal to force humans into unpaid labor, aka SLAVERY.
It would be legal to violently and/or sexually touch someone without their consent, aka ASSAULT.
It would be legal to force non consensual sex upon someone, aka RAPE.
It would be legal to drug someone without their knowledge or consent, aka ROOFIES & other DATE RAPE DRUGS.
It would be legal to damage or destroy another person’s body, aka MURDER.

When bodily autonomy is a human right:
You have the right to choose what happens with your body.
You have the right to choose what happens with your body.
